Judy McCutcheon

Judy McCutcheon is an award winning corporate trainer with over 20 years’ experience working for major organisations working within the Caribbean Region, North and Central America.

Judy began her career in Trinidad & Tobago and she progressed through a series of senior positions across the Caribbean, North and Central America. She has worked for well-known companies such as Belize Telemedia Limited, Guardian Life Limited, Sandals La Source Grenada and the GTM Group of Insurance Companies.

Judy’s a highly- focused and motivated professional with extensive experience in the areas of Management, Accounting, Finance, and Sales. As a proponent of behavioural finance, and a Certified Financial Education Instructor, Judy’s committed to helping individuals attain financial freedom through developing specialised corporate training programmes. She’s a graduate of the University of the West Indies with an MBA in International Business.

Judy McCutcheon has made a name for herself across the Caribbean as someone who’s a top leader, mentor, coach and trainer. She takes pleasure in helping her clients achieve not only their personal goals but more importantly, their financial goals.

Judy’s a published writer whose articles can be found in newspapers in Grenada; she is committed to creating value for others, and use her writing as an avenue to help create impact and add value to others.

Aaron Moses

Mr Aaron Moses has over than 30 years’ experience in various senior management roles in Grenada. His career in policy development and management spans across government and the private sector, including banking, manufacturing, marketing, and human resources.

Aaron has served as a general manager and director of several companies in Grenada and as the VP of Human Resources for Cable & Wireless, covering Grenada and St Vincent. He is a former president of the Grenada Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Deputy President of the Senate, a lecturer at the University of the West Indies (Open Campus) Certificate in Management program and Policy advisor to a former Prime Minister of Grenada.

Aaron has a passion for the growth and development of people. He has a keen interest in them being able to take control of their finances and to have access to low-cost traditional source of funding, as is evidenced by his years of dedication to the development of the Credit Union movement in the Caribbean.

He is currently a director of World council of Credit Unions and also on the board of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions. He has an MBA from the University of Missouri and a BSc and MSc from the University of the West Indies.
